Test Tube Spooky Treat Box

Happy Tuesday! I have a cute little treat box to share with you today. I had found these cute little Test Tubes filled with bubbles on Amazon early summer and decided to use these in preparation for an up coming craft fair since I don't currently have candy on hand to fill my Stampin' Up! Treat Tubes.
These are so quick and easy to make but I decided to do a video for you so you could see just how quick these go together.. I hope you enjoy it and that it inspires you to make a bunch of these to pass out to your little ghosts and goblins this Halloween season.

Below, you will find the products used in this project, linked directly to my store if you would like to re-create these adorable little boxes. I also included a link to the Test Tube Bubbles from Amazon because lets face it, who doesn't love bubbles? They can make even the most serious person smile!
Let me know if you try making your own, I would love to hear how it goes. For more ideas and Free Tutorials, join my mailing list.
In the meantime, Happy Stamping,

Spooky Cat Halloween Pizza Boxes

Hello and Happy Tuesday! It's been a crazy day and I was running behind this morning, so my apologies for posting so late this evening. I really do try to make sure it's the first thing I do in the morning but well, my morning ran away from me, then I had to head out for work soooo, here are I and I have a really cute little project for you. I really do love these mini Pizza Boxes from Stampin' Up! They are just the cutest. And what's more, is although they are white, you can so easily change up the color with a little ink and some Stampin' Sponges.
Take a look;
I just love the cat punch too. And the Basic Rhinestone jewel collar just pops, don't you think? I know it's hard to tell in the photo, but I did sponge the mini Pizza Box with Black Archival ink. Check out the video below and while you're there, please subscribe to my channel. I would really appreciate it if you did.
Below is a list of materials I used in this project, just click the links to pick up this awesomeness to create your own. These are perfect for the small individual packs of Candy Corn or a cookie. If you enjoyed today's project let me know in the comments below and feel free to join my mailing list for more just like this along with staying up to date with all of the Kreative Heart Happenings.

Spooky Cat Pizza Box

Hello and Happy Tuesday! I know, this week is off to a bumpy start and well today won't be any different. Let's just say, I am soooo grateful for my crafty friends and the solace of my craft room because my real job is testing my strength and resilience. Now don't get me wrong, I love my real job of Clinical Informatics; however, whenever there is an implementation of brand new systems....you can rest assured there is going to be something you discover that doesn't work as it should and it doesn't matter how much testing you did before go-live...well today is the day. We go live with our brand new Emergency Room documentation system...so fingers crossed all goes well and those things you know are going to go wrong aren't anything too difficult to overcome....Is it too late to go back to bed? Ok, well enough about all that.
Today, I have a cute little treat box for you using the new stamp set, Spooky Cat that goes live Friday! Anyone else doing the happy dance? I know that I am. Anyway, I used the coordinating DSP, Spooky Night and stamped the cute little owl onto the tree branch over the moon and cut it into a 3" square. I layered it onto a piece of Basic Black cardstock cut 3.25" square and adhered it to the pizza box top.To complete it, I took a strand of the mini black sequins and added to the top with a glue dot and then tied a bow using the beautiful black crochet trim and added that also with a glue dot. I then stamped the Happy Halloween in Memento Tuxedo Black ink onto a piece of Very Vanilla cardstock cut .5" x 3" and bannered one end and slipped it under the crochet trim with a glue dot.

I thought this came out so cute and it was really easy to make.. It would make a great treat box for the small packages of candy corn or a few small snack size Hershey bars. Let me know what you think in the comments below. Now, I have just one other question...is it just me, or does anyone else think of Phoebe on the '90's show Friends and her song, "Smelly Cat" every time you say Spooky Cat? Please tell me I'm not alone here!
And don't forget, today is Tuesday for Tips! Here is a quick video on how to clean and keep clean your Stampin' Scrub.
 I hope you find this helpful.
Happy Stamping,
