Quick & Simple Box for small Jar Candle Featuring You Always Deliver

TGIF my friends! I have a fun project to share with you today featuring the fun You Always Deliver stamp set. I love this set and the sentiments are perfect for sending someone a little cheer to let them know you're there for them and they aren't alone. Isn't that what it's all about? Being there for one another? Anyway, what I love most about this box is that it uses a full sheet of 8 1/2" x 11" cardstock so there is absolutely NO waste! We use ALL of it!

Sweet Treat Holder Featuring We'll Walrus Be Friends

Good morning and Happy Tuesday! I have a really fun little treat holder to share with you today that features my product pick for this week, We'll Walrus Be Friends. I fell in love with this set the minute I saw it in the catalog. I think this little guy is just absolutely ADORBS! I mean, really! Look at his little "fat rolls" and that sweet face! I just love him!
So, this tiny treat holder holds 2 Dove chocolate squares and is just so easy to make! Be sure to check out my video tutorial. But, here you will find all of the measurements you need to recreate this cutie pie!
To start, you will need a piece of Designer Series Paper (DSP) that measures 2" x 5"(I used Woven Threads). With the 2" edge at the top of your scoring tool, you will score at 1 5/8" then rotate so that the opposite 2" edge is at the top of the scoring tool and score again at 1 5/8". Then, turn to the 5" edge and score at 2" and 3", then you are going to make partial score lines just to the intersecting lines at 1 1/2" and 3 1/2" from both the top and bottom. Now, you will want to trim away the tiny rectangles created by the partial score lines at all 4 corners. Finally, snip up the remaining score lines up to the the intersecting score lines to create tabs.
Next, insert the 2 long ends into the Delightful Tag Topper punch and punch each end. Add adhesive to the tiny tabs and assemble the treat holder. Add your chocolates and run a piece of ribbon through the holes created by the tag punch and tied a piece of Woven Twine around it. Then, I decorated mine with this adorable Walrus from the We'll Walrus Be Friends. I colored him in with my light and dark Smoky Slate Stampin' Blends and then....gasp...I fussy cut him out! Yes, if you know me well at at all, you know how much I hate to fussy cut, but he was pretty easy and I didn't mind at all.
I then stamped my sentiment onto a piece of scrap Whisper White and trimmed it out and bannered one end and added it to the front of my Walrus with a little Snail.

Parcels & Petals

Hello and Happy Tuesday! I’m so happy you stopped by to have a look around. I have a couple of fun projects to share with you featuring the Parcels & Petals Stamp set. I’m really loving the versatility of this stamp set and the coordinating dies.
First, let’s talk about this card. I got my inspiration from Klompinstamer with this great fun fold. It allows you to showcase both sides of the amazing Designer Series Paper. How often have you agonized over which side to show and which to”hide”?
To create this card, you will need a piece of DSP (Designer Series Paper)  measuring 5 1/2” x 12”. I used a piece from the Garden Lane collection. Then you will score at 1 3/4”; 4 3/4” and 7 3/4”. To create the fold, mountain fold the 7 3/4” score; valley fold the 4 3/4” score line and mountain fold the 1 3/4” score line. I then cut a piece of Whisper White cardstock 4” x 5 1/4” and stamped my sentiment and the small leaf image from the Parcels & Petals Stamp set in Garden Green and then adhered the panel to the inside of the card base created with the DSP.

Then, using Mint Macaron ink, I stamped the large cluster of petals onto a piece of Whisper White
that I had die cut using the Stitched Nested Labels Dies. I then die cut the word Happy from the Well Written dies from Pear Pizzazz cardstock and adhered that the the Label. I then stamped “For You” in Garden Green from the Well Said Stamp set. I layered that to a die cut piece of Pear Pizzazz and this was adhered to the card front.
For the coordinating gift bag, I used a full sheet of Mint Macaron cardstock, measuring 8 1/2” x 11”. I scored the 11” side at 2”; 5”; 7” and 10”; turn to the 8 1/2” side and score at 2” and 7”.  Now, on 11” sides, cut up the score lines to the intersecting line. Then one of the 11” sides, choose one of the widest tabs to be your bag back, then remove all of the tabs but that one. You may round the corners of this tab if so choose. Stamp the large trio of petal in Mint Macaron ink randomly over the bag. Then add adhesive, preferably Tear & Tape, to the large tab created on the side and close the box/ bag side. Then seal up the bottom.
To create the tag, cut a piece of Whisper White 2” x 3” and die cut the top with the tag topper die
found in the Parcels & Petals die collection and randomly stamp the large trio of petals in Mint Macaron Along with the sentiment and add to the bag with Whisper White Bakers Twine.

I hope these projects inspire you to give them a try. Feel free to leave a comment and if you enjoyed these tutorials and would like to receive more direct to your inbox, join my mailing list
