Painted Harvest Mason Jar Gift

Good Morning and Happy Saturday! I have a really cute project for you today that will make an adorable little gift for a co-worker, teacher, bus driver etc. It's a cute little mason jar filled with yummy peanut butter M & M's!
I love the Fall colors of these tasty little morsels. They're actually too pretty to eat but I thought they would make adorable gifts and craft fair items. And the best part...they're too stinkin' easy! I just wrapped a piece of the Old Olive mini Chevron Ribbon around the lid and tied it into a bow.

I then die cut a piece of Very Vanilla using the largest stitched circle die from the Stitched Shapes collection and stamped the foliage from the Painted Harvest stamp set, with Pear Pizzazz and Old Olive inks all around the die cut circle and added the sentiment and acorn with with Early Espresso. I added this to the top of the mason jar with a few Glue Dots.

I hope you've enjoyed today's project. I would love to hear your thoughts. Please leave a comment and let me know you were here and if you enjoyed today's project and would like more ideas, tips and tricks, subscribe to my email list; and as a special thank you for joining my list, you will receive a total of 7 Christmas Card tutorials Free just for subscribing.

October is Breast Cancer Awareness Month!

Good Morning and Happy Thursday!Well, I am happy to say, I think I am finally kicking this cold. Good Gravy, it sure did want to hang on but I think I got enough Vitamin C in my it had no choice but to head for the hills.

Anyway, I know you all are aware, but I just want to make sure you're REALLY aware and do my PSA, that October is Breast Cancer awareness month and remind all of my friends to get those yearly mamo's done! I know, I know...you've all heard it, but just remember, for that few minutes of discomfort, you will save your family from a lot of heart ache. Early detection is key to a successful outcome! In addition, with early detection, you will often have more treatment options presented to you...trust me, it makes a HUGE difference.

In honor of Breast Cancer Awareness Month, I am donating my sales commission from all orders I receive this month to Breast Cancer Research. (That's how strongly I feel about it!) It's imperative that we find a cure for this deadly disease, so I'm going to do my part. And, I want to reward you for helping me do this; so for every order of $25 or more you place in my online store, using the Host Code HMWPPBC3, I will send you card kits to complete 3 cards,1 each of the 3 designs! All of the embossing, die cutting and punching will be done for you, all you will need to provide is adhesive, stamps and ink! And, if you add the Ribbon of Courage stamp set to your order, I will DOUBLE the card kits I send to you, that will be 2 each of the 3 designs for a total of 6 cards. And of course if all combined orders reach a total of $150, there will be a drawing for the $15 Host Rewards! Who couldn't use a little free product added to their day?
