3 Quick & Cute Holiday Cards with the Seasonal Celebrations Stamp Set

If you’ve ever needed one stamp set that covers multiple occasions without taking up half your craft room… this is it.

This week on Stampin’ Sunday, I featured the Seasonal Celebrations Stamp Set — and we created three simple but adorable cards:
• A sweet Easter bunny
• A lucky shamrock
• A bright and cheerful birthday card

And let me tell you… these are beginner-friendly, quick to assemble, and perfect for using up your designer series paper.

Let’s break them down.

🐰 Sweet & Simple Easter Card

This little bunny makes me smile every time I see it.

For this card, I layered two 3” x 4” pieces of Fresh Freesia DSP from the Subtles 6x6 paper pack onto a Thick Basic White card base. The overlap gives visual interest without complicated layering.

The bunny was stamped in Petunia Pop (stamped off once for softness) and paired with Secret Sea for the facial details. Using an Everyday Arches die gave it that polished stitched look.

Why this works:

  • Soft monochromatic background

  • Simple focal point

  • Clean sentiment strip with angled cut

Sometimes the cutest cards are the simplest ones.

🍀 Sending a Little Luck Your Way

St. Patrick’s Day is right around the corner, and I couldn’t resist that shamrock.

This card features:

  • A 5 ¼” x 4” plaid DSP panel

  • A large circle die cut from Basic White

  • Shamrock stamped in Old Olive

  • “Sending a little luck your way” layered sentiment

Adding a smaller circle for the sentiment creates dimension without bulk. And those sparkle dots? Just enough shine to make it festive.

Quick Tip:
If you ever discover your DSP retired mid-design (ask me how I know 😉), just swap in a similar color palette. The layout still works beautifully.

🎉 Bright Birthday Book Fold Card

This might be my favorite of the three.

The book fold design always looks fancy, but it’s surprisingly easy:

  • Card base scored at 3 ¼” and 4 ¼”

  • Adhere the narrow flap down to create the “binding”

  • Add ribbon before sealing for a finished look

The birthday hat was stamped in Azure Afternoon with a Lemon Lime Twist pom-pom for a pop of brightness. A vellum circle softens the background and makes the focal point stand out.

Why book folds are great:

  • Perfect for special birthdays

  • Looks impressive

  • Still mails easily

And honestly… that little party hat is just happy.

Why I Love This Stamp Set

Seasonal Celebrations includes:

  • Easter bunny

  • Shamrock

  • Birthday hat

  • Daffodil

  • Graduation cap

  • Confetti, stars, and borders

That’s spring, birthdays, St. Patrick’s Day, and graduations covered in one compact set.

If you like versatile stamping, this one earns its spot.

More Fun with Birthday Cheer

Hello and Happy Thursday my friends! I'm so glad you stopped by to hang out, I have a really cute card to share with you from our Facebook Live Sunday night. I am so in love with this fun birthday bundle, Birthday Cheer! I have been having so much fun playing with it, and I know you will too.
This fun card features the fun Joy Fold layout using lots of fun bright colors. I love the Joy Fold because it's like having a card inside of a card and provides a lot of opportunity with designs and layouts. But in this case, I really kept it pretty simple and just added a decorative cupcake border on the inside using the cupcake edgelit die from the coordinating thinlits. They're just too cute. This set contains a couple of edgelits, the cupcakes as well as the birthday gifts, which you could actually make Christmas gifts from during the holidays! I love being able to stretch my stamps and dies beyond the intended use and this set will absolutely let you do that. I mean really? Who doesn't love extra value added to their purchases?

I used bright cheery colors that I pulled from the fun designer series paper, How Sweet It Is also found in the Occasions Catalog. I am so loving the bright colors in this paper and they are PERFECT for making birthday cards. For the card base, I used Gorgeous Grape and for the insert "base", I used the bright and sunny Pineapple Punch. And to color my party hat, I used my Stampin' Blends markers in Flirty Flamingo and Highland Heather - easy peasy! And for the sentiment, I stamped it in Memento Tuxedo Black onto Whisper White and die cut it using the largest stitched square from the Stitched Shapes Framelit Dies. For measurements, please refer to my FB Live video found here.
I hope you enjoyed today's card, and if you decide to give it a try, be sure to share your results, I would love to see! Again, thanks so much for stopping in to hang out with me.
Happy Stamping.

New New New - Remarkable Blog Hop

Hey there! Welcome to the next stop on the blog hop! I truly hope you are enjoying all the talents of these great hoppers! I know I am! So, the focus of this hop as I am sure you have figured out, is all of the great new and awesome stuff in the new Occasions Catalog and Sale-a-Bration mini and here is my card:
This card uses the brand new stamp set Birthday Blast, the new Hexagons Dynamic Embossing Folder and new Sale-a-Bration DSP Carried Away. I have to tell you, I am just LOVING on these new Dynamic Embossing Folders! The amount of texture and dimension is just amazing! Just a tip though, when using these folders, you will want to lightly spritz your paper with water to allow the paper fibers to soften a bit to allow them to stretch and mold to the folder. That's what gives you such amazing dimension.
Supplies:
Stamp Set: Birthday Blast
Paper: Whisper White 8 1/2" x 5 1/2" scored and folded at 4 1/4"; Mint Macaron 4 1/4" x 5 1/2" and 4" x 2"; Carried Away DSP cut 4 1/2" x 2 1/2"; Night of Navy cut 3/4" x 3 1/4";
Ink: Night of Navy
Misc: Hexagons Dynamic Embossing Folder, Night of Navy solid Bakers Twine; Stampin' Dimensionals; Liquid Multipurpose Glue

Directions:
Run the Mint Macaron piece through the Big Shot with the Hexagons Dynamic Embossing Folder (remember to spritz the paper lightly) and apply to the Whisper White card base using Liquid Multipurpose glue (this works best when working with textured cardstock). Center the DSP onto the card using adhesive of choice, I used liquid glue since I had it handy. Banner the end of the Night of Navy strip and adhere that to the card. Stamp the Happy Birthday from the Birthday Blast stamp set using Night of Navy ink and wrap with the Night of Navy twine and tie a bow, trim the tails and using Stampin' Dimensionals, adhere to the lower, slightly to the right of the card.

I hope you enjoyed the card and I hope you've seen enough to help you fall in love with these new products as much as I have. Please feel free to leave a comment as I love hearing your feedback and I wish you all a wonderful evening.
