Stampin' Up! Painted Autumn Gift Card Set with Mini Pizza Box

Hello, happy Saturday and happy Fall! I don't know what kind of Autumn weather you're having, but we seem to have moved into more Summer weather than Summer had! I'm not complaining, I love it....but its a bit strange.
Anyway, in honor of the onset of Fall officially, I decided to share a Fall project with you, using the awesome Painted Autumn stamp set by Stampin' Up! This has got to be my most favorite set of the entire catalog, well ok, I love the entire catalog, so I will say it's my favorite Fall set.

These little Mini Pizza Boxes will hold 8 3" x 3" cards and envelopes with room to spare! Honestly, I think you could do between 12 and 16 with envelopes, but I stopped with 8. I made a video to show you just how quickly you can put these together for a gift maybe for your Thanksgiving Day dinner hostess? Or how about putting a bunch of these together, have everyone write a personal "I am thankful for you because....." for someone special and present them with the gift box full of blessed messages! I was recently at a Thirty One party where the consultant passed around a blank colored piece of paper to all of us in attendance to write something positive and affirming to our hostess to place into a a little bag that she was presenting to our hostess as a gift for having the party, but I thought what a great idea for any one any time that needs a little pick me up? Anytime they're having a bad day, they can pull out their little box of cards and read all of the positive things friends and loved ones had to say.

Test Tube Spooky Treat Box

Happy Tuesday! I have a cute little treat box to share with you today. I had found these cute little Test Tubes filled with bubbles on Amazon early summer and decided to use these in preparation for an up coming craft fair since I don't currently have candy on hand to fill my Stampin' Up! Treat Tubes.

These are so quick and easy to make but I decided to do a video for you so you could see just how quick these go together.. I hope you enjoy it and that it inspires you to make a bunch of these to pass out to your little ghosts and goblins this Halloween season.

Spooky Cat Halloween Pizza Boxes

Hello and Happy Tuesday! It's been a crazy day and I was running behind this morning, so my apologies for posting so late this evening. I really do try to make sure it's the first thing I do in the morning but well, my morning ran away from me, then I had to head out for work soooo, here are I and I have a really cute little project for you. I really do love these mini Pizza Boxes from Stampin' Up! They are just the cutest. And what's more, is although they are white, you can so easily change up the color with a little ink and some Stampin' Sponges.

I just love the cat punch too. And the Basic Rhinestone jewel collar just pops, don't you think? I know it's hard to tell in the photo, but I did sponge the mini Pizza Box with Black Archival ink. Colorful Seasons for Fall

Good morning and Happy Thursday! It really is beginning to look a lot like Fall around here so I thought today I would share with you a quick and very easy card with you that uses very few of your stamping resources, yet packs a whole lot of PUNCH!

Supplies:

Chocolate Chip

Tools/Embellishments:

Clear Wink of Stella

Jute Twine

Seasonal Layers Thinlits

Stampin' Sponges

Glue Dots

Fast Fuse

Post-It Notes for mask

Directions:

Begin with a half sheet of Whisper White Cardstock folded in half (8 .5" x 5.5") and mask off the left side of the front panel of the card base protecting the back of the cardbase and the right front leaving an area of approximately 2" of white space (this really isn't important, leave open what you think will look good for your taste). Once masks are in place, using a piece of Stampin' Sponge, swirl on Pumpkin Pie ink, begin swirling color onto the mask working your way onto the cardbase, this will prevent the color from being applied to heavy handed (it's far easier to add color than it is to take it away), then using the same technique, add Cajun Craze followed by a little of the Chocolate Chip. Go easy on the Chocolate Chip, you just want a little to accent the piece. Go ahead and add a little more Pumpkin Pie and remove the mask.

Using the left over Whisper White, stamp 3 solid leaves using the "Rock n Roll" technique. To do this, pick up Pumpkin Pie ink with the solid stamp, then carefully "roll" the edges of the stamp over the Cajun Craze ink and stamp onto the cardstock. Do this for a total of 3 leaves. Then, using the leaf image with veins, stamp over the leaves with the Chocolate Chip. Die cut the leaves with the Big Shot and coat with Clear Wink of Stella. Apply to card front with Fast Fuse, tie a bow with the Jute Twine and add to card over leaf stems with a glue dot.

Let's Get Together and Stamp Out Breast Cancer!

Hello and Happy Tuesday! I hope you all enjoyed your weekend. Here in the US we had an extended weekend for Labor Day, which turned out to be a quiet and relaxing day for me Hubby had to work so it was just me and Tucker for the day.

Today I want to share with you an important class I am holding in October. As I'm sure most of you are aware, October is Breast Cancer Awareness Month and in honor of all of the Breast Cancer Warriors, Survivors and those that did not win their final battle, I am holding a card class featuring the Ribbon of Courage Stamp set and all proceeds for this class will go to a Breast Cancer Research Fund as a donation to fight this horrific disease. 

The statistics for Breast Cancer are quite startling! Did you know that 1 in 8 women will be diagnosed at some point with breast cancer? Look around at 8 women, one of you will receive a diagnosis at some point! Pretty scary stuff. Early detection remains our best chance, but not for everyone. Many of us know that one who although detected early, did all the right things and still did not win the final battle. We must never stop looking for that guaranteed cure! Together we can help.
