Are you up for the Challenge? Cauldron Bubble

Hello and Happy Thursday! Are you enjoying this new catalog as much as I am? Oh boy, am I in love!
Anyhoo, this week I wanted to share with you the challenge we do each week on my FB page. I've been creating these Tic Tac Toe challenges and the ladies all seem to enjoy them, and so do I. Here is this weeks challenge,
So, here's how it works. You decide what elements in the tic tac toe pattern you want to incorporate into your card, but it must create the tic tac toe, whether it's down, across or diagonal. For instance, my card met the challenge using the left column down, Fun Fold, Halloween and Wood.

Yes, this is the same fun-fold pattern I showed in Tuesdays post. I told you, it's a lot of fun to play with.  These challenges are a lot of fun, and I would love to have you join us. So, stop by my FB page, and click "like" and come hang out with us. I promise, we are a lot of fun and we have a great group of positive, fun loving ladies hanging out with us over there.
Happy Stamping,

New Catalog and Product Picks!

Hey there and happy Tuesday! I hope you all had a wonderful Labor Day weekend! I had a nice quiet one myself. Hubby had to work the weekend, but he did have Labor Day off, but he spent the day mowing our mammoth lawn and then he grilled chicken out on the grill for us....YUM.

Anyway, I wanted to remind you that the new Holiday Catalog goes live tomorrow! OH-EM-GEE! Have you looked at all that awesomeness? I mean seriously! I will be doing a FB Live to walk you through the catalog tomorrow night on my FB page, I'll be on a 7PM EST. I would love to have you stop on by and hang out with us. There are a few things I want to make sure you take note of, one item in particular is my Product Pick for this week. It is the Take Your Pick Tool! This multi-tool is really the bomb-diggity to the paper crafter. I mean seriously! This tool does it ALL. It's got a putty end (that is refillable) for picking up those teeny tiny little slippery sequins and small pieces of paper that need to land in just the right spot. The other end has 2 reversible tips, 1 reversible tip is a scoring tool, with both a large nib and a small nib. The second reversible tip has a piercing tool on one end and a flexible spatula on the other end which is PERFECT for picking up those awesome adhesive backed embellishments like the Adhesive Backed Sequins, rhinestones and pearls!

I used this tool to add my sequins to this cute fun fold card I did on my FB Live Sunday evening. The tool sure did get a lot of ooohs and aaaahs! Well, the card did too, but the multi-tool was the star of the show for sure.

I had a lot of fun making this card too. I just love the Country Home stamp set! It's just so me! I totally fits my home decor and my whole "country living"....yes, I do live in the woods lol. If you would like to see how I made this card, step by step, with measurements, visit my YouTube channel. While you're there, please take a second to subscribe. I would greatly appreciate it.
Until next time, Happy Stamping,

More Colorful Seasons - Joseph's Coat for Winter

Hi there and Happy Saturday! Can you believe it's September already? Where did this summer go? I think I must have missed something because it seems it just started and it's already all over. Good thing I love Fall too, I'm just not a big fan of Winter, except I do love stamped Winters!

I've been having so much fun playing the the Joseph's Coat technique, and from the looks of all the amazing projects being posted over on my FB page, so are you! It really is a fun technique that packs a really big punch and WOW! And this time did't disappoint either. This time around, I decided to play with the snowflakes in this same stamp set, Colorful Seasons. This stamp set is one of my top picks from the Annual catalog because it will carry you through every season. So, if you're stamping on a budget, you will get a lot of bang for your stamping buck with this set.

Supplies for this card are listed and linked below. The card base is Night of Navy, cut 8.5" x 5.5" scored and folded at 4.25"; the Balmy Blue is cut 5.25" x 4" and the Whisper White is cut 5" x 3.75" and sponged with Balmy Blue ink, Pool Party ink and Night of Navy ink.

I then prepped the piece with the Embossing Buddy and randomly stamped the 2 snowflake images with the Versamark ink and embossed with the clear embossing powder. I then used the sponge Brayer and coated the entire piece with Night of Navy ink and watched the snowflakes emerge beautifully! I then stamped the sentiment in Night of Navy on the Balmy Blue and cut it out using the Stitched Labels Framelits and attached it to the card front using the Whisper White 1/8" Sheer ribbon.

I so glad you have been enjoying the Joseph's Coat technique. I hope you continue to play around with it and experiment with other colors. Be sure to share, I LOVE seeing your results.

Oh and before I forget, if you're aren't already on my mailing list, be sure to sign up! Click here...we have lots of great things coming up, like a full day retreat and you do not want to miss out not to mention, lots of FREE tutorials delivered straight to your in box.

Happy Stamping,
